Homes designed for the way we work
Vista Heights is 84 two- and three-bedroom sky residences where every plan includes a true home office: daylit, closable, and wired like a studio. Add a sky pool, residents' lounge, and golf-course views from every balcony.
Verdant Crest designed the interiors, staged the show residence, and placed buyers through our consulting desk.

The spare-room office problem
Remote work made buyers demand a real workspace — but most towers still offered a dark corner of the second bedroom. Vista Heights had to make the study the hero of the plan.
A study in every plan
We re-planned every unit around a windowed, pocket-doored study with acoustic lining and video-call lighting — then photographed the residences mid-workday to prove it.
The work-from-home benchmark
Vista Heights sold to a community of founders and remote executives at prices 15% above comparable stock — and its study-first plans are now the template for our new briefs.
