We built and furnished one complete villa before launch, filmed family life inside it, and let every buyer walk the real thing — closing 70% of sales from that single house.
Sold out, and reselling above launch
All 24 villas sold within a year of launch; the first resales closed 18% above original prices, with Verdant Crest managing six of the homes for their owners.
