Verdant Crest planned the workplace strategy, fitted the common areas, and manages the park's leasing and facilities to this day.

Delivered as hybrid work peaked, Meridian had to give companies a reason to bring teams back — flexibility for CFOs and amenity for employees.
Approach
Flex at the core
We designed floor plates that split from 1,000 sq ft to full floors, added bookable coworking for overspill, and wrapped it in hospitality-grade shared space.
Outcome
98% occupied, 90% retention
Meridian runs at near-full occupancy with renewal rates double the district average — tenants expand inside the park instead of leaving it.
